What kind of free stuff do you send with each order?
It's true! We send free stuff with each and every order. Free items vary depending on the size of your order and the shipping charges. We always try to put enough free stuff to make up for shipping charges. Our free stuff rocks from rolling papers & doob toobs to glass pipes & pipe accessories to stash jars & glass screens. Some of the best feedback we have received is from the extra goodies we stuff into each package.
Why do you have adult signature on smoking products?
Smoking products are for adults only. We try to take extra steps to ensure no minors can buy from Smokin Js. Unfortunately UPS and USPS only offer adult signature for 21 and older so we are forced to send all smoking products via UPS/USPS Adult Signature (21 & Older). If you are over 18 years of age or don't want the hassle of the ìAdult Signatureî, simply contact us and we will take the necessary steps to verify your age, and send your order out without the 'Adult Signature'. All products that are designated for 'Adult Signature' mention the special shipping requirements in the description.
How do I request a color if there is no option?
That's easy. You can put all color requests in the comments box at checkout. Remember, we aren't robots! We will take your requests very seriously and try to please you in every way with your order. We often send picture texts or emails to customers giving them a choice of pipes or products if there is a question about color. Every order is important to us, large or small.
How do I win your monthly product give-away?
Every month we give away a specially selected item to a lucky member of our email mailing list. Being on the mailing list is a great way to keep up on all the latest products, receive special promotional offers, and of course WIN FREE STUFF! To be eligible to win, all you have to do is sign up and make sure to open the emails. 72 hours after the emails go out. We use a random number generator to select a lucky winner. If the winner doesn't respond within 72 hours, we select another winner, and so on until the prize is given away. If you're sure that you've signed up on our email mailing list, but have not received any of the monthly mailers, check your junk mail folder and flag the email so that your system knows it isn't spam. Remember, you must open our emails in order to win. Look for our mailers around the first of each month.
Do I get the exact pipe pictured?
No and Yes, it depends. Sometimes we have the exact pipe pictured and we are able to send it, but most of the time we have many to choose from. We often will email or text pictures of the options available. Our customers have freaked out when they get a picture text allowing them to choose their exact pipe. We mean it when we say we aren't robots or creatures hiding behind internet curtains. We try to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your order. You can see the quality and consistency with our work. Many sites will only picture one pipe and good luck getting anything close to it. Often times we will picture more than one pipe so you can see that the shape, size, and holes will be consistent on every model made. We take great pride in our consistency. How do I track my package?
When we ship your package we email the tracking information. Sometimes the tracking email goes into the spam folder, so be sure to check there. We are always available for questions via phone or email.
Do you take returns? What if clothes don't fit?
We absolutely take returns! We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. All you have to do is return the product to us with your name and order information. We can either refund your money or exchange the product for something that works better for you. There are no returns on used products, and refunds do not include shipping charges. We have so few returns that we really try to make the process simple and easy. Give us a call or email with any questions.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
There is no hard rule for this question; it all depends on what is ordered when. We typically get all orders out within 24 hours of order processing (orders are processed in the morning each day, 7 days a week). Most orders are shipped via 3 day priority mail or UPS Ground. Typically orders will arrive within 5 days of order processing. All tracking information is emailed the day we ship the product.
